Screen down on Platen... PICTURE 7.) this is a 20' by 24" screen. Yes it is WOOD frame. Don't fall for those tellling you that metal frames are the only way to go(see my youtube vids). You CAN use metal frames with this press/these microtuners...but you will(IMO)be wasting your money to buy them. Here you see the way a screen sits on the platen. Note the left screen micro-tuner. these are SO easy to adjust (before and during printing, if need be)for the BEST screen registration. There are none in front, as you would snag them...instead...the two in the back in combination with the foam spring, accomplish forward and back adjustment /stability. Micro-Tuners never change! PICTURE 5.) These are the awesome heart of my equipment. Whichever version you get...these same micro-tuners come with. THESE are the components that deliver awesome registration in both ease of reaching it and then KEEPING it. I do NOT offer any equipment without these. If you have a screen printing press without excellent micro-registration...you have a SP press that cannot do it's Primary function! And THAT is crazy!
